Description

Never worry about components not turning off and on due to lack of voltage with this LDO ADP667ARZ linear regulator from Analog Devices. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 450 mW. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.005@100uA|0.15@200mA V. It has an overall accuracy of ±4 %. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.25(Min) A. By only needing an input voltage of 3.5 V with a maximum of 16.5 V, this is the best way to control the power in your circuit. With an adjustable|fixed output that has a voltage of 1.3 to 16|5 V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 100mV and line regulation of 10mV a constant current can be produced at the output of your circuit. Its maximum power dissipation is 450 mW. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. Its polarity is positive. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.06@100uA|0.25@200mA V.
