Description
- CAT24C256 - это 256-килобитный последовательный КМОП EEPROM, внутренне организованный в 512 страниц по 64 байта каждая, всего 32 768 байт по 8 бит. Он содержит 64-байтовый буфер записи страниц и поддерживает стандартный (100 кГц), быстрый (400 кГц) и сверхбыстрый (1 МГц) режимы I2C. Операции записи могут быть заблокированы подачей высокого уровня на вывод WP (это защищает всю память). Внешние адресные выводы позволяют адресовать до восьми устройств CAT24C256 на одной шине. Встроенный ECC (код коррекции ошибок) делает устройство пригодным для высоконадежных применений.
