- Don"t let unpredictable voltage levels ruin your circuit! Use this LDO NCP694HADJHT1G linear regulator from ON Semiconductor to control your voltage levels! This device has a maximum power dissipation of 900 mW. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.18@300mA|0.56@1A V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 1(Min) A. By only needing an input voltage of 1.4 V with a maximum of 6 V, this is the best way to control the power in your circuit. With an adjustable output that has a voltage of 1(Min) V, this is power management at its best. At a load regulation of 15mV and line regulation of 0.2%V your circuit is capable of maintaining a constant voltage level at your output. Its maximum power dissipation is 900 mW. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 0.32@300mA V. Its polarity is positive.
