Description
- Двухканальные дифференциальные драйверы линии DS8830, SN55183 и SN75183 предназначены для формирования дифференциальных выходных сигналов с высокой нагрузочной способностью по току для управления симметричными линиями, такими как витая пара, при нормальных импедансах линии без высокого рассеивания мощности. Эти устройства могут использоваться в качестве расширителей/фазорасщепителей ТТЛ, поскольку выходные каскады аналогичны выходам ТТЛ типа «тотемный столб».
- Драйвер выполнен по монолитной однокристальной технологии, причем обе половины двухканальных схем используют общие выводы питания и земли.
- SN55183 характеризуется для работы в полном военном диапазоне температур от -55°C до 125°C. DS8830 и SN75183 характеризуются для работы от 0°C до 70°C.
