♦ Плоские силиконовые діоды типа Зенера для питания <<3>》 ♦ Используется в цепях стабилизации и ограничения напряжения с высокой мощностью. <<4>》 ♦ Стандартное допустимое отклонение напряжения Зенера составляет ±10%. Для допустимого отклонения ±5% используется суффикс “A”. Другие значения напряжений и допустимых отклонений доступны по запросу. <<5>》 ♦ Эти діоды также доступны в корпусе MELF с обозначением типа от ZM4728 до ZM4764.
♦ For use in stabilizing and clipping circuits with high power rating.
♦ Standard Zener voltage tolerance is ±10%. Add suffix “A” for ±5% tolerance. Other Zener voltages and tolerances are available upon request.
♦ These diodes are also available in the MELF case with type designation ZM4728 thru ZM4764
