- 74LVC07A представляет собой высокопроизводительный шестиканальный буфер, работающий от источника питания от 1,2 В до 5,5 В. Высокоомные входы, совместимые с TTL, значительно снижают токовую нагрузку на входные драйверы. Эти устройства LVC имеют выходы с открытым стоком, что позволяет устанавливать уровни выходного сигнала или выполнять функции И с активным высоким уровнем или ИЛИ с активным низким уровнем. Спецификация V, равная 5,5 В, позволяет безопасно управлять входами 74LVC07A от устройств с напряжением 5,0 В.
