Description
- Микросхема 74LVC126A представляет собой высокопроизводительный неинвертирующий счетверенный буфер, работающий от источника питания напряжением от 1,2 до 3,6 В. Входы с высоким импедансом, совместимые с ТТЛ, значительно снижают токовую нагрузку на входные драйверы, а выходы, совместимые с ТТЛ, обеспечивают улучшенные характеристики помех при переключении. Спецификация VI 5,5 В позволяет безопасно управлять входами 74LVC126A от устройств с напряжением 5,0 В. Микросхема 74LVC126A подходит для управления адресными шинами памяти и всех приложений, ориентированных на шинные трансиверы с ТТЛ-уровнями. Способность управления током на выходах составляет 24 мА. Входы разрешения выхода (OEn) при высоком уровне отключают выходы, переводя их в состояние высокого импеданса (HIGH Z).

- ESD-характеристики: модель человеческого тела >2000 В; модель машины >200 В
- Эти приборы не содержат свинца (Pb), галогенов/BFR и соответствуют требованиям RoHS.
