- AD974 — это 4-канальный, 200 квыб/с, маломощный 16-битный АЦП, работающий от одного источника питания +5 В. Он содержит четырехканальный входной мультиплексор, аналого-цифровой преобразователь последовательного приближения на переключаемых конденсаторах, внутренний источник опорного напряжения 2,5 В и высокоскоростной последовательный интерфейс. AD974 рассеивает максимум 120 мВт и имеет режим пониженного энергопотребления. АЦП откалиброван на заводе для минимизации всех ошибок линейности. AD974 рассчитан на двухполярные входные диапазоны полной шкалы ±10 В, 0 В до 5 В и 0 В до 4 В.
- AD974 всесторонне тестируется по параметрам переменного тока, таким как SNR и THD, а также по более традиционным параметрам постоянного тока: смещение, усиление и линейность.
- AD974 выпускается в узких 28-выводных корпусах DIP, SOIC и SSOP.
