- AD977/AD977A — это высокоскоростной, маломощный 16-битный АЦП, работающий от одного источника питания 5 В. AD977A имеет скорость пропускания 200 кГц, тогда как AD977 имеет скорость пропускания 100 кГц. Каждый компонент содержит АЦП последовательного приближения на переключаемых конденсаторах, внутренний источник опорного напряжения 2,5 В и высокоскоростной последовательный интерфейс. АЦП калибруется на заводе для минимизации всех ошибок линейности. AD977/AD977A рассчитан на биполярные входные диапазоны полной шкалы ±10 В, ±5 В и ±3,3 В, а также униполярные диапазоны от 0 В до 10 В, от 0 В до 5 В и от 0 В до 4 В.
- AD977/AD977A всесторонне тестируется на параметры переменного тока, такие как SNR и THD, а также на более традиционные параметры постоянного тока: смещение, усиление и линейность.
