- ADG608 представляет собой монолитный КМОП-аналоговый мультиплексор, содержащий 8 одиночных каналов. ADG608 переключает один из восьми входов на общий выход в соответствии с 3-битными двоичными адресными линиями A0, A1 и A2. Вход EN на обоих устройствах используется для включения или отключения устройства. При отключении все каналы выключены.
- ADG608 разработан на основе улучшенного процесса LC2 MOS, который обеспечивает низкое энергопотребление, высокую скорость переключения и низкое сопротивление во включенном состоянии. Каждый канал одинаково хорошо проводит в обоих направлениях во включенном состоянии и имеет диапазон входных сигналов, простирающийся до шин питания. В выключенном состоянии сигналы уровнями до шин питания блокируются. Все каналы обладают переключением типа «разрыв до замыкания», предотвращающим кратковременное замыкание при переключении каналов. В конструкции заложен низкий заряд впрыска для минимальных переходных процессов при переключении цифровых входов.
