- Микросхемы ADG726/ADG732 представляют собой монолитные КМОП аналоговые мультиплексоры (32-канальные или сдвоенные 16-канальные). ADG732 коммутирует один из 32 входов (S1-S32) на общий выход D в соответствии с 5-битными двоичными адресными линиями A0, A1, A2, A3 и A4. ADG726 коммутирует один из 16 входов в соответствии с 4-битными двоичными адресными линиями A0, A1, A2 и A3.
- ОСОБЕННОСТИ
- Однополярное питание от 1,8 В до 5,5 В
- Работа при двухполярном питании ±2,5 В
- Сопротивление во включенном состоянии 4 Ом
- Неравномерность сопротивления во включенном состоянии 0,5 Ом
- 48-выводные корпуса TQFP или CSP (7 мм × 7 мм)
- Работа Rail-to-Rail (от шины до шины)
- Время переключения 30 нс
- Одиночный мультиплексор 32→1
- Сдвоенный/дифференциальный мультиплексор 16→1
