- ADM709 содержит монитор источника питания, который генерирует сброс системы при включении, выключении и понижении напряжения. Когда VCC падает ниже порога сброса, RESET переходит в низкий уровень и удерживает микропроцессор в состоянии сброса. При включении питания выход RESET удерживается на низком уровне в течение 140 мс после того, как VCC превысит порог. Выход RESET остается работоспособным при VCC до 1 В.
- Доступны три уровня порогового напряжения питания, подходящие для контроля питания +5 В, +3,3 В и +3 В. Фактическое пороговое напряжение сброса указано в техническом описании.
- ADM709 доступен в 8-выводных корпусах DIP и SOIC.
