DS1643 — это 8 КБ x 8 неискажающий статический RAM с полнофункциональным реальным часовым устройством (RTC), которые доступны в формате байта. Некоторый неискажающий RAM для хранения времени функционально эквивалентен любому стандартному SRAM JEDEC 8 КБ x 8. Устройство также легко заменяется в гнездах ROM, EPROM и EEPROM, обеспечивая возможность чтения/записи данных с сохранением данных и добавление функции реального часового устройства. Информация о реальном часовом устройстве хранится в восьми самых верхних местах RAM.
ОСОБЕННОСТИ
Встроенный NV SRAM, реальное часовое устройство, кристалл, цепь управления отключением питания и литиевый источник энергии. Регистры часов доступны так же, как и статический RAM. Эти регистры расположены в восьми верхних местах RAM. Полностью некорректируемый, с сроком службы более 10 лет в отсутствие питания. Время доступа составляет 85 нс и 100 нс. Год, месяц, дата, день, часы, минуты и секунды в кодировке BCD, с компенсацией високосных лет, действительной до 2100 года. Защита от отключения питания позволяет работать при допусках ±10% от напряжения питания VCC. Литиевый источник энергии электрически отключен, что позволяет сохранять данные до первого подключения питания. DS1643 только (DIP-модуль). Стандартная разводка 8 КБ x 8 RAM по шаблону JEDEC, сертифицированная UL. DS1643P только (плата модуля PowerCap) — поверхностно монтируемый корпус для прямого подключения к PowerCap, содержащему аккумулятор и заменяемый кристалл (PowerCap), а также выход для отключения питания. Совместимость по контактам с другими плотностями DS164XP для хранения времени.
