Description

Making sure you system does not receive any surges of current, this FPF2003 load switch made by Fairchild Semiconductor will keep your system safe. This current limited load switch"s single output can produce a current up to 0.1 A. Using the part will provide the power your application needs by requiring a voltage only of 1.8 V and not exceeding a voltage of 5.5 V. This component will be shipped in tape and reel packaging for effective mounting and safe delivery. This current limited load switch has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 85 °C.
