Одинарные сравниватели MAX913 и дуальные сравниватели MAX912 представляют собой высокоскоростные, малопотребительные устройства с дифференциальными входами и комплементарными выходами типа TTL. Благодаря быстрому времени распространения сигнала (10 нс, типичное значение), чрезвычайно низкому току питания и широкому диапазону входных напряжений, включающему отрицательный полюс, MAX912/MAX913 идеальны для использования в устройствах с низким энергопотреблением и высокой скоростью работы, таких как конверторы V/F или переключные регуляторы.
Выходы MAX912/MAX913 остаются стабильными в линейной области. Эта особенность исключает нестабильность выходов, характерную для высокоскоростных сравнивателей при работе со скоропадым входным сигналом.
MAX912/MAX913 можно питать от одного источника напряжения +5В или от разделенного источника ±5В. MAX913 представляет собой улучшенную замену для LT1016. Он обеспечивает значительно более широкий диапазон входных напряжений и эквивалентную скорость работы при значительно меньших энергопотреблениях. Двойной сравниватель MAX912 имеет такую же производительность, как и MAX913, и включает в себя независимые устройства для управления состоянием выходных сигналов.
