Description

The MBR1545CT is a center tap Schottky Rectifier is optimal for secondary rectification and freewheeling application for high efficiency DC to DC convertor design, which features very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection applications.
