Микросхемы MC34067/MC33067 представляют собой высокопроизводительные контроллеры резонансного режима с переключением при нулевом напряжении, предназначенные для применения в офлайн- и DC-DC-преобразователях, использующих частотно-модулированное управление с постоянным временем выключения или постоянным мертвым временем. Эти интегральные схемы включают в себя генератор с регулируемой частотой, точный ретриггерный одновибратор, термокомпенсированный опорный источник, усилитель ошибки с высоким коэффициентом усиления и широкой полосой пропускания, управляющий триггер, а также два мощных выходных каскада с открытым коллектором, идеально подходящих для управления мощными MOSFET-транзисторами. Также предусмотрены защитные функции: высокоскоростной компаратор неисправностей и защелка, программируемая схема мягкого запуска, блокировка при пониженном входном напряжении с выбираемыми порогами и блокировка при пониженном опорном напряжении. Эти устройства выпускаются в корпусах для монтажа в отверстия и поверхностного монтажа.
