Description
- Микросхема NCP380 представляет собой силовой распределительный ключ верхнего плеча, предназначенный для применений, где возможны большие емкостные нагрузки и короткие замыкания. Она содержит в одном корпусе P-канальный MOSFET с сопротивлением 70 мОм (корпус DFN). Устройство ограничивает выходной ток до заданного уровня, переходя в режим регулирования тока, когда выходная нагрузка превышает порог ограничения тока или возникает короткое замыкание. Порог ограничения тока может быть настроен пользователем в диапазоне от 500 мА до 2,1 А с помощью внешнего резистора или фиксирован внутренне. Время нарастания и спада силового ключа контролируется для минимизации пульсаций тока при переключении. Внутренний компаратор защиты от обратного напряжения отключает силовой ключ, если выходное напряжение превышает входное, чтобы защитить устройства на входной стороне ключа. Логический выход /FLAG устанавливается в низкий уровень при перегрузке по току, обратном напряжении или перегреве. Ключ управляется логическим сигналом разрешения, активным по высокому или низкому уровню.
