Description
- NLSX4014 представляет собой 4-битный конфигурируемый двунаправленный преобразователь уровней с двумя источниками питания без вывода управления направлением. Порты ввода/вывода V предназначены для отслеживания двух различных шин питания: шина V настраивается от 1,3 В до 4,5 В, а шина VL настраивается от 0,9 В до (V - 0,4) В. Это позволяет преобразовывать логические сигналы низкого напряжения на стороне VL в сигналы более высокого напряжения на стороне V и наоборот. Оба порта ввода/вывода являются автосенсорными; таким образом, вывод направления не требуется. Вход разрешения вывода (EN) при низком уровне отключает оба порта ввода/вывода, переводя их в третье состояние. Это значительно снижает токи питания от обоих V. Сигнал EN разработан для отслеживания V.
