Семейство ОП196 из операционных усилителей CBCMOS характеризуется малым энергопотреблением и диапазонами входных и выходных сигналов, соответствующими уровню «рейл-то-рель». Чрезвычайно низкие потребляемые мощности и гарантированная работа от +3 В до +12 В делают эти усилители идеально подходящими для мониторинга расхода батареи и управления зарядкой аккумулятора. Их динамические характеристики, включая плотность шумов напряжения 26 нВ/корень (Гц), позволяют рекомендовать их для аудиоустройств, работающих от батареи. Емкостные нагрузки до 200 пФ обрабатываются без возникновения колебаний.
ОП196/ОП296/ОП496 рассчитаны на эксплуатацию в расширенном промышленном температурном диапазоне от -40 °C до +125 °C. Работа при напряжении +3 В обеспечивается в диапазоне температур от 0 °C до +125 °C. Одиночный ОП196 и двойной ОП296 доступны в пластиковых корпусах DIP с 8 контактами и в поверхностном монтаже SO-8. Четырехканальный ОП496 выпускается в пластиковых корпусах DIP с 14 контактами и в узком поверхностном монтаже SO-14. Для проверки наличия ОП296 и ОП496 в корпусе TSSOP необходимо обратиться к производителю.
