Description
- Серия операционных усилителей OPA334 и OPA335 на КМОП-структурах использует методы автокалибровки для одновременного обеспечения очень низкого напряжения смещения (макс. 5 мкВ) и почти нулевого дрейфа во времени и по температуре. Эти миниатюрные, высокоточные усилители с низким током покоя обладают высоким входным импедансом и выходным сигналом типа «рейка-рейка». Может использоваться однополярное или двухполярное питание от +2,7 В (±1,35 В) до +5,5 В (±2,75 В). Эти операционные усилители оптимизированы для низковольтной работы с однополярным питанием.
- Семейство OPA334 включает режим отключения. Под логическим управлением усилители могут переключаться из нормального режима работы в режим ожидания с током 2 мкА. Когда вывод Enable подключен к высокому уровню, усилитель активен. Подключение Enable к низкому уровню отключает усилитель и переводит выход в состояние высокого импеданса.
- OPA334 (одиночная версия с отключением) выпускается в корпусе _Micro_SIZE SOT23-6. OPA335 (одиночная версия без отключения) доступна в корпусах SOT23-5 и SO-8. OPA2334 (сдвоенная версия с отключением) выпускается в корпусе _Micro_SIZE MSOP-10. OPA2335 (сдвоенная версия без отключения) предлагается в корпусах MSOP-8 и SO-8. Все версии рассчитаны на работу от –40 °C до +125 °C.
