- Микросхемы PCA9554 и PCA9554A представляют собой 16-выводные КМОП-устройства, обеспечивающие расширение 8 бит параллельного ввода/вывода общего назначения (GPIO) для приложений I2C/SMBus и разработанные для улучшения семейства Philips расширителей ввода/вывода с интерфейсом I²C. Улучшения включают более высокую нагрузочную способность, устойчивость входов/выходов к напряжению 5 В, меньший ток потребления, независимую настройку каждого вывода ввода/вывода, тактовую частоту 400 кГц и меньший корпус. Расширители ввода/вывода обеспечивают простое решение, когда требуются дополнительные линии ввода/вывода для переключателей питания ACPI, датчиков, кнопок, светодиодов, вентиляторов и т. д.

- •Диапазон рабочего напряжения питания от 2,3 до 5,5 В
- •Входы/выходы, устойчивые к напряжению 5 В
- •Регистр инверсии полярности
- •Выход прерывания, активный по низкому уровню
- •Низкий ток в дежурном режиме
- •Фильтр шумов на входах SCL/SDA
- •Отсутствие помех при включении питания
- •Внутренний сброс при включении питания
- •8 выводов ввода/вывода, по умолчанию настроенных как 8 входов
- •Тактовая частота от 0 до 400 кГц
- •Защита от электростатического разряда (ESD) превышает 2000 В (HBM) согласно JESD22-A114,
- 200 В (MM) согласно JESD22-A115 и 1000 В (CDM) согласно JESD22-C101
- •Испытания на защелкивание проводятся по стандарту JESDEC JESD78, при этом выдерживается ток более 100 мА
- •Предлагаются шесть корпусов: DIP16, SO16, SSOP16, SSOP20, TSSOP16 и HVQFN16
