- ОПИСАНИЕ ПРОДУКТА
- SGM8521 (одиночный), SGM8522 (сдвоенный) и SGM8524 (счетверённый) представляют собой недорогие усилители с обратной связью по напряжению с rail-to-rail входами и выходами. Они имеют широкий диапазон синфазного входного напряжения и размах выходного напряжения; минимальное рабочее напряжение питания составляет 2,1 В, максимальное рекомендуемое — 5,5 В. Все характеристики гарантируются в расширенном температурном диапазоне от –40°C до +125°C.
- SGM8521/8522/8524 обеспечивают полосу пропускания 150 кГц при низком токе потребления 4,7 мкА на усилитель. Очень малые входные токи смещения (0,5 пА) позволяют использовать SGM8521/8522/8524 в интеграторах, усилителях фотодиодов и пьезоэлектрических датчиках. Входы и выходы rail-to-rail полезны разработчикам при буферизации сигналов ASIC в системах с однополярным питанием.
