Description
- Never worry about components not turning off and on due to lack of voltage with this LDO ST715PU33R linear regulator from STMicroelectronics. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 5000 mW. Its typical dropout voltage at current is 0.5@85mA V. This voltage regulation device"s single output can produce a current up to 0.085 A. This will operate at a minimum voltage of 3.8 V and a maximum voltage of 24 V, making it easy to control the power in your circuit. With a fixed output that has a voltage of 3.3 V, this is power management at its best. Your circuit has the capability to produce a constant current at its output by using a load regulation of 0.003%/mA and line regulation of 0.004%/V. Its maximum power dissipation is 5000 mW. Tape and reel packaging will encase this product during shipment, in order to ensure safe delivery and enable quick mounting of components. This voltage regulation device has a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of 125 °C. The maximum dropout voltage is 1@85mA V. Its polarity is positive.
