- TDA8944J — это двухканальный усилитель мощности звука с выходной мощностью 2×7 Вт на нагрузке 8 Ом и напряжении питания 12 В. Схема содержит два мостовых усилителя (BTL) с выходным каскадом на NPN-транзисторах и логикой режима ожидания/отключения звука. TDA8944J выпускается в 17-выводном корпусе DIL-bent-SIL (DBS) с мощностным исполнением. TDA8944J совместим по печатной плате (PCB) со всеми другими типами семейства TDA894x.
- Одна посадочная площадка на печатной плате подходит как для моно-, так и для стереоустройств.
