Description
- TMP125 — это совместимый с SPI датчик температуры, доступный в миниатюрном корпусе SOT23-6. Не требуя внешних компонентов, TMP125 способен измерять температуру с точностью в пределах 2°C в диапазоне от –25°C до +85°C и с точностью 2,5°C в диапазоне от –40°C до +125°C. Низкий ток потребления и диапазон питания от 2,7 В до 5,5 В делают TMP125 отличным выбором для маломощных приложений.
- TMP125 идеально подходит для расширенных тепловых измерений в различных приложениях в области связи, вычислительной техники, потребительской электроники, экологии, промышленности и контрольно-измерительных приборов.
