Description
- Do you have to convert a direct current from one voltage level to another? The Texas Instruments TPS60151DRVT charge pump voltage doubler gives you the ability to do just that. With an output that has a voltage of 5 V, this is power management at its best. Its output produces a current of 140(Min) mA. Tape and reel packaging will encase the product during shipment, ensuring safe delivery and enabling quick mounting of components. This inverting charge pump has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C. This device has a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7 V and a maximum of 5.5 V.
