Description
- Преобразователь свет-частота TSL235 объединяет кремниевый фотодиод и преобразователь ток-частота на одном монолитном КМОП-интегральном схеме. Выходной сигнал представляет собой прямоугольные импульсы (коэффициент заполнения 50%) с частотой, прямо пропорциональной интенсивности света. Благодаря совместимости с ТТЛ, выход позволяет напрямую подключаться к микроконтроллеру или другим логическим схемам. Устройство имеет температурную компенсацию в ультрафиолетово-видимом диапазоне от 300 нм до 700 нм и реагирует на свет в диапазоне от 300 нм до 1100 нм. TSL235 характеризуется для работы в диапазоне температур от -25°C до 70°C.
