Description

The 1N5818 is an axial low-drop power Schottky Rectifier suitable for SWITCHMODE™ power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. It is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, polarity protection and small battery chargers.
