- Радиационно-стойкий 16-канальный КМОП-аналоговый мультиплексор с защитой аналогового входа с высоким импедансом
- HS-1840ARH, HS-1840BRH — это радиационно-стойкие монолитные 16-канальные мультиплексоры, выполненные по технологии Intersil Rad-Hard с кремниевым затвором, сращенной пластиной и диэлектрической изоляцией. Они обеспечивают высокое входное сопротивление для источника аналогового сигнала при отказе питания устройства (разрыв) или случайном превышении напряжения аналогового сигнала над напряжением питания до ±35 В, независимо от того, включено устройство или выключено. Отлично подходят для резервированных применений, так как вторичное устройство может работать в режиме ожидания без питания, не создавая дополнительной нагрузки на источник питания.
