Description
- VHC244 — это усовершенствованный высокоскоростной восьмиразрядный буфер шины, изготовленный по технологии КМОП с кремниевыми затворами. Он обеспечивает высокое быстродействие, аналогичное эквивалентной биполярной ТТЛШ, при сохранении низкой потребляемой мощности КМОП. VHC244 представляет собой неинвертирующий буфер с тремя состояниями и двумя входами разрешения выходов с активным низким уровнем. Эти приборы предназначены для использования в качестве драйверов адреса памяти с тремя состояниями, тактовых драйверов и шинных приёмопередатчиков. Схема защиты входов обеспечивает возможность подачи на входные выводы напряжения от 0 В до 7 В независимо от напряжения питания. Этот прибор может использоваться для сопряжения систем с питанием 5 В и 3 В, а также систем с двумя источниками питания, например с резервным питанием от батареи. Данная схема предотвращает разрушение прибора из-за несоответствия напряжений питания и входных напряжений.
