Description
- VHC541 — это усовершенствованное высокоскоростное КМОП-устройство, изготовленное по технологии кремниевого затвора КМОП. Оно обеспечивает высокоскоростную работу, аналогичную эквивалентным биполярным Schottky TTL, при сохранении низкого энергопотребления КМОП. VHC541 представляет собой восьмиканальный буфер/драйвер линии, предназначенный для использования в качестве драйвера памяти и адресов, тактового драйвера, а также приемопередатчика для шин. По функциям это устройство аналогично VHC244, но имеет сквозную архитектуру (входы на противоположной стороне от выходов). Такая компоновка выводов делает это устройство особенно полезным в качестве выходного порта для микропроцессоров, позволяя упростить разводку и повысить плотность печатной платы. Схема защиты входов обеспечивает возможность подачи напряжения от 0 до 7 В на входные выводы независимо от напряжения питания. Это устройство может использоваться для сопряжения систем 5 В и 3 В, а также систем с двумя источниками питания, например, с резервным аккумулятором. Данная схема предотвращает разрушение устройства из-за несоответствия напряжений питания и входных сигналов.
