- Микросхема AD5116 представляет собой нелетучее решение цифрового потенциометра для приложений регулировки с 64 позициями, обеспечивающее гарантированно низкую погрешность сопротивления ±8% и плотность тока до ±6 мА на выводах A, B и W. Низкая погрешность сопротивления, низкий номинальный температурный коэффициент и высокая полоса пропускания упрощают применение в разомкнутых цепях, а также в приложениях, требующих согласования допусков.

- Температурный коэффициент в режиме реостата: 35 ppm/°C
- Низкое энергопотребление: макс. 2,5 мкА при 2,7 В и 125°C
- Широкая полоса пропускания: 4 МГц (для варианта 5 кОм)
- Время восстановления EEPROM при включении питания: < 50 мкс
- Типичное сохранение данных в течение 50 лет при 125°C
- 1 миллион циклов записи
- Рабочее напряжение питания: от 2,3 В до 5,5 В
- Встроенный адаптивный подавитель дребезга
- Широкий диапазон рабочих температур: от −40°C до +125°C
