- AD7314 представляет собой полную систему мониторинга температуры в 8-выводном корпусе µSOIC. Она содержит датчик температуры на основе запрещённой зоны и 10-битный АЦП для контроля и оцифровки показаний температуры с разрешением 0,25 °C.
- AD7314 имеет гибкий последовательный интерфейс, который обеспечивает простую стыковку с большинством микроконтроллеров. Интерфейс совместим с протоколами SPI, QSPI и MICRO-WIRE, а также с DSP. Микросхема совместима по выводам с устройством Dallas DS1722.
- Микросхема имеет режим ожидания, управляемый через последовательный интерфейс. AD7314 работает в диапазоне напряжений питания от +2,65 В до +2,9 В. Благодаря очень низкому току потребления и совместимому с SPI интерфейсу, AD7314 идеально подходит для различных применений, включая персональные компьютеры, офисное оборудование и бытовые приборы.
