- AD7865 представляет собой быстрый, маломощный, четырехканальный синхронный 14-битный аналого-цифровой преобразователь, работающий от одного источника питания +5 В. Микросхема содержит 2,5 мкс АЦП последовательного приближения, четыре усилителя выборки/хранения, источник опорного напряжения 2,5 В, встроенный тактовый генератор, схему обработки сигналов и высокоскоростной параллельный интерфейс. Входные сигналы на четырех каналах дискретизируются одновременно, что сохраняет относительную фазовую информацию сигналов на четырех аналоговых входах. Микросхема принимает диапазоны аналоговых входных сигналов ±10 В, ±5 В или ±2,5 В. Защита от перенапряжения на аналоговых входах позволяет подавать на вход напряжение до ±20 В без повреждения микросхемы или влияния на выполняемое преобразование.
