- Усилители AD8038 (одинарный) и AD8039 (сдвоенный) представляют собой высокоскоростные (350 МГц) усилители с обратной связью по напряжению, обладающие исключительно низким током покоя 1,0 мА на усилитель типично (макс. 1,5 мА). Одинарный усилитель AD8038 в корпусе SOIC-8 имеет функцию отключения. Несмотря на низкое энергопотребление и низкую стоимость, усилитель обеспечивает отличные общие характеристики. Кроме того, он обеспечивает высокую скорость нарастания 425 В/мкс и низкое напряжение смещения на входе макс. 3 мВ.
