- ADG433 – это монолитное устройство типа CMOS, состоящее из четырех независимо подлежащих управлению переключателей. Оно разработано с использованием усовершенствованого процесса производства LC2MOS, который обеспечивает низкое рассеивание энергии при одновременном высоком скоростреве и низком нагрузочном сопротивлении.
- ADG433 имеет два переключателя, которые включаются при логическом высоком значении на соответствующих управляющих входах, в то время как остальные два переключателя включаются при инвертированном логическом значении. Каждый переключатель эффективно работает в обоих направлениях при включенном состоянии, и его диапазон входного сигнала extends до предельных значений. Все переключатели обладают свойством прерывания перед выключением, что позволяет использовать их в мультиплексорах. В конструкции также учтено низкое количество зарядов, что снижает временные перепады при переключении цифровых входов.
