- ADG442 — это монолитное КМОП-устройство, содержащее четыре независимо выбираемых переключателя. Оно выполнено по улучшенному процессу LC2MOS, обеспечивающему низкую рассеиваемую мощность, высокую скорость переключения и низкое сопротивление во включенном состоянии.
- Переключатели ADG442 включаются при подаче высокого логического уровня на соответствующий управляющий вход. Каждый переключатель одинаково хорошо проводит в обоих направлениях во включенном состоянии, а диапазон входных сигналов каждого из них простирается до напряжений питания. Все переключатели обладают переключением с размыканием перед замыканием (break-before-make), что позволяет использовать их в мультиплексорах. Конструкция обеспечивает низкий заряд инжекции для минимальных переходных процессов при переключении цифровых входов.
