- ADL5330 — это широкополосный усилитель с переменным коэффициентом усиления по напряжению, предназначенный для работы в диапазоне от 10 МГц до 3 ГГц. Устройство обеспечивает точное линейное управление коэффициентом усиления в пределах 60 дБ, при этом уровень затухания составляет примерно −40 дБ, а уровень усиления — +20 дБ. Для установки коэффициента усиления или затухания в диапазоне 60 дБ требуется входное напряжение управления от 0 до 1,4 В.
- ADL5330 обеспечивает высокую линейность выходной мощности, что делает его идеальным решением для трактов передачи сигналов в системах беспроводной инфраструктуры.
- ADL5330 поставляется в 24-выводном корпусе LFCSP и полностью сертифицирован для работы в температурном диапазоне от −40 до 85 °C.
