ADL5606 изготовлен по технологии GaAs HBT и поставляется в компактном корпусе LFCSP размером 4 мм × 4 мм с 16 выводами, который использует открытую площадку для отличного теплового сопротивления. ADL5606 работает в диапазоне температур от –40°C до +85°C. Также доступна полностью укомплектованная оценочная плата, настроенная на частоту 2140 МГц.
