- Микросхема ADM3101E представляет собой высокоскоростной одноканальный интерфейсный приемопередатчик RS-232/ITU-T V.28, работающий от одного источника питания 3,3 В. Низкое энергопотребление делает его идеальным для портативных приборов с батарейным питанием.
- Микросхема ADM3101E соответствует спецификациям EIA/TIA-232E и ITU-T V.28 и работает на скоростях передачи данных до 460 кбит/с.
- Все входы и выходы RS-232 (TOUT и RIN) и CMOS (TIN и ROUT) защищены от электростатических разрядов (защита от ЭСР до ±15 кВ).
- Данное устройство идеально подходит для работы в электрически агрессивных средах или в условиях, где кабели RS-232 часто подключаются/отключаются, благодаря защите от ЭСР ±15 кВ на выводах ввода/вывода микросхемы ADM3101E.
- Для удвоителя/инвертора напряжения используются четыре внешних конденсатора зарядного насоса емкостью 0,1 мкФ, что позволяет работать от одного источника питания 3,3 В.
- Микросхема ADM3101E выпускается в корпусах LFCSP с 12 выводами и QSOP с 16 выводами, работающих в диапазоне температур от −40°C до +85°C.
