Description

The BTS716G is a 4-channel high-side vertical MOSFET Power Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback and monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective functions and logic ground independent from load ground.
