Description
- CAT93C46 — это серийный EEPROM-модуль памяти размером 1 кбайт, который может быть сконфигурирован как из 64 регистров по 16 бит (пин ORG на V), или из 128 регистров по 8 бит (пин ORG на GND). Каждый регистр можно записывать (или читать) последовательно с помощью пина DI (или DO). CAT93C46 обладает функцией самодающей записи с автоматическим сбросом. Внутренний механизм сброса при включении защищает внутреннюю логику от случайного воспроизведения питания в неправильном состоянии.
