- Это силовые полевые транзисторы с улучшенным режимом работы и кремниевым затвором N-канального типа, специально разработанные для использования с источниками управления логического уровня (5 В) в таких приложениях, как программируемые контроллеры, автомобильные коммутаторы и приводы соленоидов. Достигнутые характеристики обеспечиваются особой конструкцией затворного оксида, которая обеспечивает полное номинальное проводимое состояние при напряжениях затвора в диапазоне от 3 до 5 В, что позволяет реализовать истинное включение–выключение мощности непосредственно от напряжений питания логических схем.
