Description

Always turn on and off high current and voltage devices with this FSL106MR power switch by Fairchild Semiconductor. This charge controller has single output. This device has a maximum power dissipation of 1500 mW. It features 18(Max) Ohm switch on resistance. Its maximum power dissipation is 1500 mW. This device has a supply current of 2.5 mA and a minimum output current of 0.48 A. In order to ensure parts aren"t damaged by bulk packaging, this product comes in tube packaging to add a little more protection by storing the loose parts in an outer tube. This charge controller has an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 105 °C.
