- HMC1131 — это монолитная интегральная СВЧ-схема (MMIC) драйверного усилителя на арсениде галлия (GaAs) с псевдоморфными транзисторами с высокой подвижностью электронов (pHEMT), работающая в диапазоне от 24 ГГц до 35 ГГц. HMC1131 обеспечивает коэффициент усиления 22 дБ в диапазоне от 24 ГГц до 27 ГГц, выходной интерсепт третьего порядка (IP3) 35 дБм и выходную мощность 24 дБм при сжатии усиления на 1 дБ, потребляя при этом 225 мА от источника питания 5 В. HMC1131 способен обеспечивать насыщенную выходную мощность 25 дБм и размещен в компактном керамическом безвыводном корпусе для кристаллов размером 4 мм × 4 мм (24-выводной LCC).
