Микромощные биполярные монолитные интегральные схемы Intersil ICL8211/8212 предназначены в первую очередь для точного обнаружения и генерации напряжения. Эти схемы состоят из точного источника опорного напряжения, компаратора и пары выходных буферов/драйверов.
В частности, ICL8211 обеспечивает выходной сток с ограничением тока 7 мА, когда напряжение, приложенное к выводу «ПОРОГ», меньше 1,15 В (внутренний опорный источник). ICL8212 требует напряжение более 1,15 В для включения своего выхода (без ограничения тока). Оба устройства имеют выход с низким током (ГИСТЕРЕЗИС), который включается при входных напряжениях более 1,15 В. Выход ГИСТЕРЕЗИСА может использоваться для обеспечения положительного и свободного от помех переключения выхода с помощью простой цепи обратной связи.
