Более низкие общие потери при переключении (E ts), т.е. более высокий КПД IGBT
На 7% ниже E ts при частоте переключения 8 кГц
На 11% ниже E ts при частоте переключения 15 кГц
Низкоскоростное переключение dV/dt (<5 В/нс)
Низкий уровень электромагнитных помех
Улучшенная конструкция ячейки для повышенной надежности
