- IRS2186/IRS21864 — это высоковольтные, высокоскоростные драйверы силовых MOSFET и IGBT с независимыми выходными каналами с верхним и нижним плечом. Собственные технологии HVIC и помехоустойчивого КМОП (latch immune CMOS) обеспечивают надежную монолитную конструкцию. Логический вход совместим со стандартным выходом КМОП или LSTTL, вплоть до логического уровня 3,3 В. Выходные драйверы имеют высокоимпульсный буферный каскад тока, предназначенный для минимизации сквозных токов драйвера. Плавающий канал может использоваться для управления N-канальным силовым MOSFET или IGBT в конфигурации верхнего плеча, работающей до 600 В.
