Description

ISO7230 и ISO7231 — это трехканальные цифровые изоляторы с множеством конфигураций каналов и функциями разрешения выхода. Эти устройства имеют логические входные и выходные буферы, разделенные изоляционным барьером на основе диоксида кремния (SiO2) от Texas Instruments. При использовании вместе с изолированными источниками питания эти устройства блокируют высокое напряжение, изолируют земли и предотвращают проникновение шумовых токов из шины данных или других цепей в локальную землю, что могло бы создавать помехи или повреждать чувствительные схемы.
